| How much do you charge for shipping? |
Ground shipping is FREE* within the U.S. including Hawaii and Alaska. Expedited shipping is also available within the Continental United States. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping and sales taxes (if applicable) are clearly displayed. Expediated shipping cannot be applied to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses. Standard shipping also takes a little longer to reach these destinations. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. * FREE Shipping applies to all orders over $60 except for International orders. We do not offer FREE shipping to any International destination. Also, an $8 shipping fee will be applied to all orders $60 or under in price except for any order which already has shipping charges applied (such as International and Expedited shipments). Please note there is a $5.00 phone order processing fee that will be applied to your order plus $2.95 for any additional pairs. |
| Do you ship Internationally? |
We do ship Internationally. It takes about 5 to 7 business days for an International package to be delivered. Free shipping does not apply to International orders. If you have failed to select an International shipping method for your order, shipping fees will be added for all International destinations. This fee only includes shipping charges and does not include any taxes, tariffs, or duties which must be paid by you to the appropriate agency in your country for the importation of this item. Shoe Parlor will not assume responsibility for any duties or tariffs imposed by your country for the delivery of your package. |
| How can I pay for my order? |
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover). We also accept, Paypal, and Store Credit (if you have a credit from our retail store). For international orders, we may ask you to pay by International Money Order, Visa (for UK orders), Western Union, Electronic Wire Fund, or Paypal if we have problems verifying your Credit Card. A $25.00 fee will be applied to all Wire Funds. For Paypal transactions, we will only ship to confirmed addresses or verified buyers. |
| Can I Return or Exchange an item? |

You may return an item in its original condition with the original shoe box for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving. The only exception are all shoes ordered from the Munro company which carry a $12 restocking fee per pair. A reboxing fee of 10% of the item price will be applied for items returned to us with a damaged shoe box or without the original shoe box that the order shipped with. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. SHOE PAROR WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR WORN MERCHANDISE. All merchandise that is listed as a sale item (sale price in red) on ShoeParlor.com cannot be returned for a full refund. We can only offer you an exchange for another size or issue a store credit on these products. For International exchanges, Shoe Parlor does not pay for the shipping of the exchanged item(s). If you decide to refuse any shipments from shoeparlor.com, you are responsible for all shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or custom's charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to shoeparlor.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. All returns must be accompanied by our RETURN FORM found here. If you do not follow these procedures, your return may take longer to process. After a return has been received, it could take up to five business days to process. If using a credit card or Paypal, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. Please note, for International shipping mistakes, Shoe Parlor will only refund for non-express shipping charges. For Domestic shipping mistakes, Shoe Parlor will only refund for USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground Services. For all returns we suggest using a service that provides signature confirmation for your protection. There are no returns on all SALE ITEMS, EXCHANGES ONLY. Orders are typically shipped within a 24 hour period after order is placed. If the item is not currently in our stock, we will attempt to ship the item from a partner in our network. Occasionally, we may take additional days if the shoe is a special order. If the item is in backorder, we will update you on the status of your order via email. We do not ship or process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders. |
