Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please send it to the name and address given below. For international orders, we only accept the International Money Order, American Express, Diners Club International, Western Union, Bid Pay, or *Electronic Wire Fund. *$20.00 fee will be applied.
How much is Shipping? Can I expedite my Shipping?
1) Ground shipping is FREE within the U.S. excluding *Hawaii and *Alaska. 2) Expedited orders are available. During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes if applicable are clearly displayed. For the international order, the cost of shipping may range anywhere between $10.00 to $50.00 USD per item. It depends on the shipping service chosen. We do ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. * $10.00 Fee (one pair) Applies
I want to return or exchange my Shoes! What do I do?
You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 30 days of receiving. A 10% restocking fee for each item will be charged on all returns in the US, but not less than $5.00 per item and not more than $15.00 per item. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it could take up to 3 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.
What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only). For international orders, we will E-mail you of the missing items to confirm the balance of your order.

When will my order be shipped?
The shipping times are according to stock availability. Usually ships begin in 24-48 hours when the item is in our stock and ready to go. If the item is not currently in our stock, we will order the item from our supplier, and generally the item will be shipped directly from our most suppliers within 24-72 hours. If the item is in backorder, we will update you on the status of your order via eMail. We do not ship the items on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders.
